Microsoft Courier - Microsoft Going to Beat Apple to the Market for Once?

Introduce Microsoft Courier.
Last time i checked, everyone seems to be on their toes for what is to be an Apple tablet device of sorts. Think of a giant iPhone, but in tablet form, and then actually more than a traditional tablet which is just a laptop only most of the work is stylus/touch driven. A device that has iPhone power/animation/and all that jazz. That's the talk of the tech community, Apple is going to reveal one soon. But...uhh...what th...the boys at Redmond have "leaked" some photos of what they are calling Courier. Waiting all this time on an Apple tablet, only to have Microsoft steal the spotlight? Ballsy? Awesome? Finally beating Apple to the market? A possible yes to all three.

Little is known about the device other than the following video, which doesn't appear that Microsoft official. It says Pioneer Studios...which if you do some research is actually a company owned by Microsoft. Same difference i suppose.

Fantastic? Amazing? Jaw dropping? The kind of thing you've been waiting for? Is it weird to you that this ISN'T an Apple device? Two multi-touch screens, that fold like a book...let. We're re-branding folks, the "tablet" is dead and getting replaced by the "booklet." While little is known about the device other than this video and a few images floating around the internet its gone from rumor, to "not even close to production", to recently "we could see this thing soon...like before any 'competitor' comes up with something." Like Apple? Are we talking about Apple dear old Microsoft?

This thing looks exciting, with the recent ZuneHD Microsoft has clearly demonstrated that you can have all the graphical power you want in one of current smallest form factors on the market. If the ZuneHD is running a Tegra chip, will the Courier go the same way? I'd say more than likely yes. Hell, it may run several Tegra chips. Why not? Bragging rights is something Microsoft seems to enjoy and it's followers don't seem to mind.

I said it about Project Natal, and I will say it again about Courier.

The future is here, courtesy of Microsoft.
